Brain health

One of my peer physicians, Dr Neal Barnard participated in International conference on nutrition and brain. He gave 7 tips to improve brain health.
Minimize intake of saturated fats and trans fats, donuts, pastries that have trans fats and are labeled as partially hydrogenated oils.
2 vegetables, legumes I.ebrans, lentils, peas, fruits and whole grains should be staple of diet.
3 a small handful of nuts is good source of vit E
4 a reliable source of.  Vit B12 such as fortified food or supplement.
5 choose a multivitamin without iron and copper.
6avoid use of cookware,antacids,baking powder that contribute dietary aluminum.
7 include aerobic exercise in the routine  equivalent to brisk walking 40 minutes  three times a weak.
Nutrients and lifestyle behaviors affect brain disorders like Alzheimer's,Parkinson's,migraines.
