Grab and Go Braekfast Smoothie
It is a very easy recipe.
In your blender add one banana, yogurt, muesli, honey, flax meal and ice..
Blend it away.
If it is too thick, add some cold water.
Try Parfait with granola, topped with yogurt and topped with blueberries or raspberries.
