Very berry smoothie
Berry smoothie
1 1/2 cup almond milk or rice milk
1 1/2 cup of mixed berries
1 tablespoonful of protein powder
1 tablespoonful of almond butter
2 tsf of ground flax seeds.
Adding honey specially Manuka honey makes it more delicious.
