I use 2 tsf of greens,1/2tsf of camucamu berry powder,add 1/2tsf of lucuma powder and 1tsf of maca powder.
To the vitamix blender first add 16 oz of water, 6 cubes of ice ,1 banana,and all the above mentioned powders and blend. We have a creamy great like the amazing Amazonian smoothie.
