Fall season and soup time

Butternut squash around thus time is available in plenty and I am going to share an easy recipe.
Take butternut squash and cut it in middle and remove the seeds.It can be cooked in oven or on the stove.
To the cooked squash add 1 cup of water,1 cup of coconut milk,2 tablespoonful apple cider vinegar,
Salt and pepper to taste.Add 1 tsf of grated ginger and put it in a blender.
Our soup is ready
