Foods to eat to reduce nasal allergies

I find it a very hard to treat simple nasal allergies.I hate to give steroids or steroid nasal sprays.
So,what can be done naturally to help with nasal allergies.
1.avoid meat products.
2.Avoid milk and Dairy products.
3.There  are 4 known foods that can reduce your allergies.
A.seeweeds,of this group,avoid kelp and hijiki.
B.consume dark green leafy vegetables.
C.flax seeds.
D.a tsf of miso?
It has been determined that raw local honey is helpful.
Alfalfa tabs are also helpful.
Probiotics are a great help,also,to get rid of allergies.

If one is susceptible to recurrent sinus infections,I suggest sleeping with head covered with a towel and wearing a scarf to protect the ears.
Saline solutions clear the sinuses fast.
