Did you know that an article published in aprestigious medical journalNEJM,OCT 2012 revealed that chocolate consumption enhances cognitive function which is sine qua non for winning nobel prize,and correlates with the number of Nobel laureates in each country.
Dietary flavonoids abundant in plant based foods has been shown to improve cognitive function.
Asubclass of flavonoids,called flavonols are present in cocoa,green tea,red wine and some fruits.
