Fiber

For several years I had been telling my patients to buy OTC Metamucil.
Now ,let us look at the ingredients.
The beautiful looking yellow box of Metamucil has,
Psyllium husk
Maltodextrin
Citric acid
Natural and artificial orange flavor
Aspartame
Yellow dye,no.6
Versus Flax meal there is no dye,and ingredients are only flax  seeds
